In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the following members to a Free Conference Committee (the Senate waived Uniform Rule 42(a)) to meet with a like committee from the House to consider the bills: Senator Coghill, Chair Senator Bishop Senator Begich SB 241 Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message.
